Add Device
We can register devices to fleet through Device management module.
- Sign into your Fleetly Dashboard at www.fleetly.live
- Go to Admin module
- Click on Device management
- Click on Add Device
- Enter IMEI / Serial No and click on arrow
Form is opened with all device details and with selected fleet.
When we want change the fleet, select fleet from drop down list.
How to Assign Vehicle & Driver to Device?
Step 1:
Open device which is registered in fleetly application.
Admin > Device Management > Open Device > Click on View Arrow. Device details form should display.
Step 2:
Add Vehicle to device
Click on Edit button, Add Vehicle button in enable state.
Click on Add vehicle button.
After clicking on Add Vehicle, following screen will display. Enter Vehicle registration number in field and click on Arrow button.
If given Vehicle number not exist, error message displays as, Vehicle number does not exist please add the Vehicle. And the Add Vehicle button appears adjacent to Enter vehicle Registered Number.
When we click On Add Vehicle button, it navigates to Add Vehicle page.
Here we can add the vehicle.
After adding the vehicle, confirmation message will display.
Step 3:
Add Driver to Device
Click on Add Driver button
Enter Driver Name in Driver Name field and click on arrow symbol.
If Driver Name not in existing fleet, error message displays as Driver Details Does Not Exists! Please Add Driver. And Add Driver button appears adjacent to Enter Driver Name field.
When we click on Add Driver button, it navigates to Add Driver page.
Here we can add the Driver.
Step 4:
Remove Vehicle
If we want to remove the added vehicle, click on Remove vehicle button. Process mentioned below.
Device management > Click on view arrow adjacent to Device > click on Edit > Remove Vehicle and Change Vehicle appeared in the page.
Click on Remove Vehicle button.
Step 5:
Change Vehicle
To change the vehicle, click on Change Vehicle button. Page navigates to Change Vehicle To The Device.
Note: Process same as Add Vehicle.
Step 6:
Remove Driver
If we want to remove the added Driver, click on Remove Driver button.
Device management > Click on view arrow adjacent to Device > click on Edit > Remove Driver and Change Driver appeared in the page.
Click on Remove Driver button.
Step 7:
Change Driver
To change the Driver, click on Change Driver button. Page navigates to Change Driver To The Device.
Note: Process same as Add Driver.
Step 8:
Delete Device
To Delete Device, go to Device Management > View Device > Click on Delete button.
Move Fleet
To move device from one fleet to another fleet, please follow below process.
Device management > View Device > Move Fleet, then select Fleet drop down list and click on Move button.
